Made from Wild Alaska Pollock. surimi seafood is perfect for school menus! It’s American Compliant, non-GMO verified and gluten-free. It performs well in both hot and cold applications with 4.25 oz. providing a 2 oz. meat equivalent under the Child Nutrition Meal Pattern Requirements.
Ultimate Sushi Leg
is surimi seafood formed into whole leg pieces of fiber-style meat specifically designed for sushi. Perfect for California rolls and other rolled sushi, it can also be chopped or shredded.
